Borden Realty continued their winning ways with a win over Pemberton's Century 21 team 11-1 led by offensive contributions from two unexpected sources; Ron Surman and Eddie Enriquez. Ron went 2 for 3 with a run scored and 3 runs batted in and Eddie drove in the final run to end the game. Ron is off to his best start ever hitting .420 with 4 runs and 3 runs batted in three games.
Finally back to full strength with John Montemurro's return to the active roster Borden had 24 baserunners with 9 hits while their pitching only allowed 3 hits and stranded 9 runners over 5 innings. 9 different players scored runs for Borden. John Montemurro struck out 5 in two innings of play and Mike Stegmuller allowed only 1 run and 2 hits in two innings of work, benefitting from an unassisted double play by Ryan Welsey with the bases loaded and no one out. John Grady closed out the game on the mound.
