Braves Bats Finally Come Alive

The Braves offense finally snapped out of it Thursday nite erupting for 12 runs in 4 innings to cruise to a 12-7 win against the Mariners. The Braves scored 3 in the 1st, 7 in the second and 2 in the 3rd as the whole team from top to bottom got in on the hitting.
The defense was not to shabby either. Vince Corbi made a nice one handed catch in left in the bottom of the first, while Jeff Casperson ran down a a double in the gap, threw to Joe Funari who relay to catcher Eric Adamson to gun down a man at the plate.
Ryan McGowan, Liam Noronznaik, Vince Corbi, and Joe Funari combined on the mound for the win.
