Little League Baseball like it should be....

Thursday Night Medford Financial Services and the Medford Microbes of the Major League Division played one heck of a good game. MFS had Dan Kelleher and Kyle Franks each pitch 3 excellent innings a piece while Mark Brusco of the Microbes threw 5 very impressive innings. Timely base running and great defense was what made the differnce in Manor's 4-3 win. This was such a well played game, it was fitting that it came down to a play at the plate with 2 outs in the bottom of the last inning. A perfect throw to catcher Kevin Wagner who blocked the plate and tagged out the runner ended the game. Wow, little league baseball, played just like it is supposed to be!
